My Life Enchanted

Good morning!

I hope you guys are doing well! I wanted to let you know that I’ve been on a few different podcasts here lately, and the most recent of which was a conversation with Nick – a kindred spirit who hosts the My Life Enchanted podcast.

Per his description, we talked about writing, self discovery, anxiety, mental health, spirituality, and more!

I will be honest with you – I went through a time when I didn’t want to do any more podcasts because I felt like I didn’t have anything new to say, and I didn’t want to keep encouraging people to listen to the same conversation over and over again. What else can I possible say about losing my dad, or about suicide, or about mental health, or whatever? While we did sort of talk about some of those topics here, this conversation was really refreshing for me. Nick did asked great, thoughtful questions and brought the discussion – though thematically similar – to new conclusions and points of interest. It felt new and fresh, and probably because I know that I have grown a lot over the last couple of years (and particularly over the last couple of months, actually), in my thinking, faith, life, relationships, etc. That doesn’t mean life’s perfect, but it was fun talking about some of what has helped during recent months, and bringing something new to the table when it comes to these kinds of conversations.

Anyhow, feel free to listen in if you’ve got the time and feel so inclined, here:
